Group Supported Employment and Enclaves
Goodwill provides vocational training and work experience for people who wish to work in integrated settings and who can benefit from having a coach around for assistance and support. Our group supported employment program includes an assembly, collating and packaging area at our main facility as well as a Goodwill retail enclave and a custodial enclave through our Good and Clean program. More community-based enclaves are in various stages of development as we seek to help more and more people work in the community.
